SHIPPING
Please email info@block4direct.com to check the status of an order at any time. We dispatch many items within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. However, certain items may take longer to process. Look for the shipping information located on the product page to see when a specific item is expected to ship. *Note: Some products will also include an "Expected Arrival" time frame. Upon the shipment of an item, an email notification will be sent with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Once shipped, most items are delivered within 2-5 business days.
We use our growing network of shipment centers that are strategically located across the U.S. and North America. Shipping location of each order will depend on the product ordered and stock availability. We will ship the product from the closest location to you in order to get your order to you as quick as possible.
ORDERS
We do our very best to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The majority of Block 4 Direct's in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Most customers will receive their items within 2 to 5 business days. The delivery timeframe will depend on the customer's location from the closest warehouse and products stock position. However, processing and delivery timeframes can vary depending on the particular product selected, please reference the shipping time frames displayed on the Product Page and in Checkout. For guaranteed delivery of items that are needed urgently, we encourage you to select the expedited shipping, which is available for many of our products. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hazardous materials, customization, or other restrictions.
Block 4 Direct Membership
A user can buy the membership by putting the "Block 4 Direct Memership" product in their cart. Upon checkout, our inside sales team will update your account within 24hours.
All orders from that point on will be subject to our discounted rates.
Price will be deducted anywhere from 9-25% for each line item.
Block 4 negotiates discounts with major manufacturers for our member's benefit. We have a long list of suppliers where we are able to received discounted pricing. Many cases (but not all), we pass our cost over to our members.
We bill every first of the month or every 30 days depending on your account. We bill for a full month per charge.
You may cancel your membership by emailing info@block4direct.com and requesting the cancellation of your account. We will stop the recurring charges and the member will be allowed to use the service until the end of the 30 days. We do not prorate the membership fee at the time of cancellation nor do we refund the amount as the user agrees to pay for a monthly membership at the time of the charge.
